Bibite zero: scopriremo che fanno più male di quelle zuccherate?

Le compriamo in tanti, convinti magari di fare la cosa giusta. Ma sulle bibite zero la scienza ha molti dubbi, e vale la pena conoscerli.

Gianluca Riccio

A dramatic, editorial-style photograph of a supermarket beverage aisle shot at eye level, with rows of colorful zero-sugar drink cans prominently displayed in the foreground, gleaming under bright fluorescent lighting. The cans feature bold "zero" and "no sugar" branding. Behind them, slightly out of focus, sit the traditional sugary versions. A single human hand reaches toward the shelf, hesitating between the two options. The mood is cinematic and slightly unsettling, with cool blue and silver tones dominating the zero-sugar section contrasted against warmer reds and golds of the classic drinks. The composition suggests a moment of decision and hidden complexity beneath a surface of clean, healthy-looking packaging. Photorealistic, high contrast, shallow depth of field.
